1.  All applications should be typed or written in black ink. Please do not use notebook paper
     (typing paper only). Application can be used for BCSF Sponsored Scholarships and Scholarships
     chosen by your High School Scholarship Committee, unless otherwise noted.
 
2.  Print front and back.

Staple in upper left hand corner.

Transcripts must be detached and reproducible. School profiles are not needed.

Only complete packets will be accepted.
 
IMPORTANT NOTE: We strongly suggest that you have someone edit/proofread for simple grammatical errors.

Copy of ACT and/or SAT Score

AND

1.  Two Letters of Reference (Please read the section entitled Selection Criteria about each scholarshipfor additional information about reference letters. In most cases, only two recommendation letters are needed.)

2.  An essay of 500 words or less that describes your career goals, future plans, etc. If you are applying for a scholarship that specifies a career (i.e. education or nursing), include why education or nursing is your career goal and discuss any event that has influenced your choice. Also, you may want to talk about a specific person who has been instrumental in your decision.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE: It is suggested, but not required, that you complete the BCSF Scholarship Application Financial Aid Statement included in this packet. Once we finish the selection process, all important documents will be shredded.
